More and more restaurants are going organic. Chipolte and Panera restaurants have recently going the every growing demand for healthier foods. I read that McDonalds is even going to put kale on the menu next year! It is difficult these days to go out to eat and get a good quality meal. The more pressure we put on these restaurants to offer healthier food (with our wallets), the more we will see a bigger variety of restaurants offering it. Way to go America!
