Change your eating habits gradually!


When we look at what we eat and all the changes that need to be made, we can feel overwhelmed and hopeless. It's not a good idea to start making drastic changes that we won't be able to maintain and will only lead us to hit a brick wall & quit faster than we started. It's better to change only one thing about your diet each week.  For example you can start by eliminating soda and sugary drinks from your diet. You'll be surprised at the results.   

 Each week you can find a new thing to change while keeping up the things that you tried and gave you results. The results could be: more energy, feeling better, slimmer fitting clothes, more lost pounds, etc. This approach can be hugely successful and not overwhelming.  Think of it as a game and each week you can experience a new victory.
